Heiligenstein, its “Klevener” and the wine route
Klevener d’Heiligenstein, an exceptional white wine typical of Alsace, is made from the rare Savagnin Rose grape (closely related to Geewurztraminer). Its fame stems from its limited production in the Heiligenstein region, on the Alsace wine route.
